Return and Replacement

At Mysteva, we want you to love your crystals and spiritual products. We take great care in packaging every order; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we're here to help. 

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or broken item.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Your order number.
  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.

Requests submitted after 48 hours or without the required proof may not be eligible for replacement.

Return Process

If your replacement request is approved, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging.

Mysteva does not offer refunds.

Eligible issues are resolved only through replacement of the damaged or incorrect product.
